2. User Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create on WeebRate, including reviews, tier lists, battle analyses, and power rankings. By posting content, you grant WeebRate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. WeebRate does not endorse any user-submitted content and is not liable for it.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

WeebRate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeebRate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
